Beyond the framework you will have an on call coach available to discuss changes, new developments, and decisions.  This coach will spur you on to the goals you set out.  Each transition is customized to how much of the framework and coaching services are offered.  This allows for flexibility in timing and in price that you will not find anywhere else.
